lunasweetseller I just have a question. I don’t know who to ask. I sold a bundle and it weighs more than 5 pounds. How do I get the customer to pay that additional shipping?

hsg97 @kbrownbarrios you can't, it has to come out of your profits. When considering selling a bundle and sending an offer, keep in mind the weight of what the package may be. And be up front with the buyer, I always let them know if a bundle is going to weigh more than 5 pounds
