moekb0822 Please send cleats back..I have contacted customer service. to start process. Sorry..don’t understand how the back was smashed? They weren’t like that when sent out in box. I don’t want to have bad rating on one of my items especially for something I knew nothing about. I apologize the cleats were damaged when you received. Thanks

hdmoran5 @moekb0822 Hi. The backs are smashed when a kid puts their foot in and out so it is uncomfortable and not wearable. Does a return label get sent by Poshmark? I’ve never done that before. Thanks!

ringche Hi, the Hugo dress that you purchased, I did not take the tag out, it’s underneath the dress. The same dress that was listed , was send you. All the Hugo dress size is underneath near the lining. Please check. I am sorry if you were confused but this is the first time happened with me.
