heatherjm29 @mmatusroa hi! I used it once and had put new batteries in it. Maybe the device switched on while being shuffled around in my cosmetics drawer and the batteries are dead..? If it isn’t the batteries or something happened during shipping, do you know a way that you or I can ask to refund for you? I’m so sorry that happened!

mmatusroa @heatherjm29 I thougt it was the battery but I changed for a new ones, and when I changed the foroe started over heat and did not work, so removed them and I tried one more time and it was the same.
