frekels_ Hi Heather. bough a pair of Sr 38 (US 7.5) Musse & Cloud Leather Sandals NIB Size: 7.5 Order ID 616833d3771b8e913cccb62e. What you sold me was a size 7 and not a 7.5. I have been in communication with poshmark within the time limits to correct this situation to return for refund. Under "My Purchases" is shows nothing and I can't submit a formal return request. Poshmark response is very slow. Leaves me to believe they are waiting for time to run out and say too late for refund. I'm quite upset

dezzy_doodle @frekels_ I am sorry for your confusion on size conversions. I know that the Muse & Cloud says 38/7; however, a 38 converts to a US 7.5 and measures 9.63 inches. These sandals measure exactly to a US 7.5. I also know this because I own these sandals myself and I wear a 7.5-8. I clearly show the size sticker on the bottom of the shoe and on the side of the box in the listing photos. I am sure that this why there is a delay in their response.
