Hi Heather, I’m so sorry that the zipper fell apart. I had no idea that it was in bad shape. I check every item carefully and feel so bad that I missed that. @aescultureclub i don't know 😢 i absolutely love this dress and it's clearly unworn and new. TBH, this is actually a fairly common problem with dresses from Anthro as large women try on things too small and then just put it back in the hanger with the zipper torn. I'll try to fix it but not sure how it will turn out.

I’m sorry if you were not happy with the item. The item was washed and clean and has not been even been worn In months. I wrapped it and lightly sprayed it, I guess you think I wore the item recently, but I haven’t it’s been in my office closet, so I just wanted it to smell pretty when you received it but I guess it just upset you insTead. I’m sorry for any inconvenience.
