roeder4789 i tried calling multiple usps numbers in Greensboro with no luck so from what i have read it could be multiple things. lost within the distribution center, miss scanned, damaged, on a loop in the distribution center, wrong address, tape over the barcode and tons of others. hopefully it doesnt take months like some are saying!!

iamacoffeesnob @roeder4789 : I have never seen this before. I know that there are still normal delay times by a few days due to covid in regards to the USPS, but I don't know what the exception means. They have digital info as to both our addresses so getting it there shouldn't be a problem.
