tina140 Hi Heather. Thank you for the careful packaging of the smocked item and the nice note . I was surprised, however, by how short the dress was until I looked at the manufacturers wedsite and saw that the item marked 702PS was a Pants Set (top and pants). I decided to keep the top and try to find coordinating fabric to make pants. The quality of the fabric and smocking is very nice. Hopefully I can make it work. 😊
