taylorzebra94 @spexial7 I’ve had this happen once before where a package got lost in transit but it made its way back to me, however it should have happened by now. I will notify Poshmark that the item seems to have been lost in transit and you should get a refund. If the item comes back to me, I will notify you for a private sale if you would still like/want the item and we try again. Also, double check your address and make sure info like apartment number and stuff like that is correct.

jonairy Hey there, I see the order for the Ralph Lauren jacket has been cancelled. I shipped this out Sept. 25th, although the tracking says "Processing Exception, Other Delay" so not sure how to go about this. I've contacted Poshmark to see how to go about this as the jacket may still be in transit to you. Waiting on their end to see what further steps need to be taken here...
