Hi there, you purchased a rainbow swatch watch from me some time back. I just noticed you gave me a 3 score due to packaging. I am a very honest person, and use this to compensate for the income I lost when I got sick. So as you can see my concern is valid. A 3 on posh scale is bad something such as broken, ripped wrong item. I just wanted to clarify what I did wrong with your shipping so it NEVER is an issue with anyone again. Tyvm
