stuffstephsells @heather_lutz definitely will do! i haven’t heard back from them yet but it looks like if you open a case once the box is deivered to you they’ll give you a return label to send the package to the girl who was supposed to get it and she will send you yours. im so embarrased this has never happened before lol. so sorry once again!

heather_lutz @stephdimino Hey, I still got the wrong package in the mail. I got a pain of white American Eagle Jean's and I ordered a pair of leggings and a shirt. I'm going to start a case with Poshmark again and see if we can figure this out.

stuffstephsells @heather_lutz The only thing I can think of is the other girl must’ve sent you the wrong item on purpose. Because in her case that she opened originally she showed pictures that she received your items.

heather_lutz @stephdimino I need this issue to be resolved because I got an item I did not order and cannot wear and I paid for the item already and not getting them is not okay with me. Something needs to be worked out. I understand that this is not your fault but I am very upset that I paid for something that I did not recieve.

stuffstephsells @heather_lutz I haven't heard from them yet but I contacted the girl who sent you the package. I guess what happened was she recently sold those jeans and accidentally did the same thing I did and swapped the labels. She said she opened a case with Poshmark and is seeing what needs to be done. Her username is brianajones97 if you want to try to contact her as well? I'm not sure what else I could do in this case since it's involving one of her sales now.
