kkeclay Heather, not thinking I packaged both compacts in one package. I don't know if you are able to mark accepted on both of them on your end when received or not but if so please do. I would greatly appreciate it. I have contacted customer service to alert them and they may be able to do something on their end. I have also requested they reimburse you shipping on one of the items. Please let me know if they reimburse you or not. I will keep you posted from my end. Again, thank you. Karen

kkeclay @spradlin0314 Everything has been taken care of. You should be receiving a credit for shipping on the 2nd compact. You will also be able to track the 2nd one which should allow you to mark it received. Please let me know when you receive it, even before you accept it, per customer service's request.
