pacempire @cullenforlife03 Hi Heather, typically sellers should reply same day. If it’s regarding when an item is shipping, Poshers have 3 days to ship. If it’s about something else, I would just make sure that you are tagging them in the comment or go to their about me icon and tag them there with your question. Sometimes things get overlooked but I hope you can get a response soon!

pacempire @cullenforlife03 Otherwise check on your Purchases page and there should be an area to contact Poshmark support. It’s only by email but they will get back to you and make sure you are taken care of. I hope that helps
