heather_darroch @regine1946 I have placed several orders on here and no issues until recently. I received 2 packages in the mail today and had no problems. A message continues to pop up on my screen when I want to place an offer or make a purchase saying a form of identity is needed. And the choice of Passport or DL is given. I have attempted to take a picture and scan the front and back of my license but it will not allow me. Please help me! Thank you!

regine1946 I'm sorry but I don't know ,what I would do is if you go to the bottom right it should have your closet name if you push that you will go to a list on that list you will see posh support Center send them a message telling them what's going on and they should be able to help you .I never had this happen to me so I don't know how solve the problem. sorry Regine
