This pan was exactly what I was looking for, but hopefully they shared the pics of the damage with you so you understand why I filed a claim. I've never been through this before either, but hopefully it'll work out. Thanks again!!

jennieden Hi! Got my shoes today. They arrived unscathed, but the box was smashed in multiple directions. I was kinda worried by the state of the box. Idk if it's a 1 off or if USPS is starting off the holiday shipping shenanigans early. Just wanted you to know so you can reinforce your boxes with extra paper or bubble wrap. I love the shoes! Thanks.
