txdesignerdivas Hi heather......thanks for your rating. I am just reaching out because my kids and I work hard to provide designer items at an affordable price. If the authentic gucci fabric is stiff......how can we improve in the areas assessed for rating purposes? We are bummed by our 1st 4 star rating and would just like to improve.

needtoteach @txdesignerdivas So, I purchased the exact bag but with a different color of stripe down the side about a month ago. That bag feels like many of the Coach bags I own. The Gucci I purchased from you seems like it was put through a dry cleaning service or washed and the exterior layer of fabric isn’t soft and flexible. It is stiff and very inflexible. The photos show wear as you described and the pictures show a very clean, beautiful bag. The back is stiff...I am bummed.

timpayne Hi Heather, I was checking my email last night before I go to bed like usual to delete at least 35-59 a day. When I came across your offer from PoshMark! I was so surprised. I accepted right away! Sorry I never saw the other offers! I went right to the tub they were in, hand washed them, put them in the dryer, folded them real nice and neat, wrapped your new PJ’s and I had to wait until this morning to mail them.
