Hi Heather Thank you for checking out my closet I see you like 1 item. My automatic discount is set to 5 items with a 20% discount. If you see other item you like you can create add tp bundle with 5 items you will automatically discount at 20%.and pay only one shipping charge under 2.5kg If you only really like one item etc I am open to reasonable offers thanks again take care and Happy Poshing

hi Heather, I'm so sorry your experience with me was so negative. definitely not what I wanted to be a part of.
It actually hurt to read your rating review, and although I neither washed it as stated, nor smelled what you did, I completely believe your review and respect your opinion.
this item came to me via poshmark, a few months back and didnt work for production. as with all second hand clothing, I was not aware if what came before.

I am not sure if I can refund via poshmark, but would do so in full including shipping, so you can atleast get back to the 'happy' you were before it arrived.

I really appreciate the response and I can see from your comments that you didn’t intentionally try to deceive me. I’m going to try washing the sweater and see if I can get the smell out and just give it away to someone smaller. I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and no need to refund on the small amount 😌 please take care-thank you for offering a resolution and being so kind

@hrwitt12 if you change your mind, even if in a month or two, my offer stands. how you described feeling is exactly opposite of what any of us wanted, and I've felt that way before, and it's crappy.
