rbenhen @heatherrae21 I am impressed with your service. A couple of suggestions if you don't mind. On your thank you note you might consider including your seller information: it's easy to forget since there are so many sellers on Poshmark, not to mention other sites. You might also consider asking buyers what kind of items they are interested in and if they would like for you to notify them if you find something they might like.

rbenhen You might also look at sending a note periodically to your buyers. I am only a buyer. I don't sell. It seems Poshmark emphasizes sellers connecting. I don't know what percentage of sales are to sellers but I would look at ways to stand out to buyers. Good selling!
