shannonshops265 Hi Heather, both items you’ve liked were dropped 2 times or 20% an hour ago. I’m sorry I can’t go any lower. The earrings are regularly $65 now on sale for $35 and the Skorts were reduced from $20 to $14. If you are interested in buying, I can re-list both of them, you like the item again and then I can drop my prices on nice more so you are eligible for $9.99 shipping. I can’t currently drop any further without making a negative profit. Sorry! Shannon
