funkyfeederfind Hi Heather, you ordered a brown top from me and I just realized as I was packing it that a few of the embellishments have come off of the top and I just don't feel right sending this item to you like that. I didn't notice it when I listed in and put it in my closet so not sure it maybe it got caught on something or not. I am very sorry I will cancel you order right away. heatherbrook325 @roccoloves OMG I own a business with 29 employees and I have 2 assistants. I don't throw my staff under the bus because I might lose $25. Very unprofessional. NOT EVER would I consider going to my customers and deny them something they already paid for. My staff represent me, if they make a mistake I SUCK IT UP. I follow through with that even if I sadly lose money because my staff represent me. That's why I'm very successful and I'd have to imagine you not so much with your business ethics

No one is throwing anyone under the bus, I’m just simply letting you know why your order was cancelled. If that’s something that doesn’t sit well with you because I explained the situation then best of luck, you can purchase from sellers on here.
