Again I ordered 12/15 : L'Agence 3/4 sleeve white button down blouse but it never came - instead a white blouse no buttons or collar was delivered. 860-777-5324 thanks Richard Witt

@richietheboy please send a picture of what you received as I am sure I packed up the correct item. If I did make a mistake and sent you the incorrect item, I will definitely contact my other buyers to figure out if they got the incorrect item. Thank you.

I uploaded 3 pictures to Poshmark customer service since I could not see a way to send it to you directly. The first 2 pictures show the incorrect non buttoned blouse without a collar. I also sent the receipt showing the collared shirt with buttons that was to be sent for my Wife's Christmas present, thank you Richard

@richietheboy I actually sent customer service a message that there may have been an issue with the order two days ago. I believe that’s why you had to submit the pics to them. I am waiting for them to forward the info to me. I will keep you updated as soon as I hear something from them. I just need to see what shirt you received so I contact my other buyer (not sure which buyer until I see the pics) to switch the blouses if that’s the case.

@richietheboy nothing has been forwarded to me. The message is the same since I reported the potential issue. It reads “We understand that you have accidentally sent the wrong order to the buyer. Thank you for reporting the issue. We have contacted the buyer and notified then to open a ‘Received Wrong Item’ case once they receive the order. Rest assured, we have a process in place to help correct the issue.” Not sure if you followed their instructions.

I did respond and they acknowledge they received the pictures and it was the wrong item sent me - they compared the order and the picture versus the picture of what we received which was a white buttonless collarless white blosue. They are offering me a $120.00 Poshmark credit to forget the whole debacle. This has been a nightmare. What should have been a simple gift for my Wife for Christmas certainly did not turn out that way.

Other than customer service I do not know of any way to get you the pictures. It is quite simple, I ordered a button down 3/4 sleave white shirt and received instead a white buttonless blouse. I just want this resolved or just send it back to you for a refund upon receipt.
