theposhpassport Hi Heather! I have an idea that could hopefully work out for the inconvenience. Why don’t you open a case with PM. Tell them the issue and how we were both unaware of the seemingly manufacturing flaw. They cover buyers and sellers so I’m very confident that they will reimburse you.
