This is in response to your 1 star rating for my Cashmere sweater. 1) I assumed you understood when you signed up for Poshmark you are not purchasing brand new in plastic items CASHMERE sweater from Bloomingdale's for full price $200., but used clothing. I clearly stated in my listing, used but in good condition with some pilling. 2)I don't understand what means chemical perfume? 3) All I received from this sale is $20. And I had to wait 3 full days for Poshmark to release it.

luna9312 That is why they give buyer 3 days to inspect the item and if you have issues to send it back. If you don't release funds, Poshmark pays the seller. 4) It's very easy to Reposh, all you do is click one button, you don't have to make pictures or discribe your item. 5) your complain about short window for return is not to me. Please complain to Poshmark customer service. And again please keep in mind, you are not purchasing from a Bloomingdale's or Macy's. There are sellers real people like you

luna9312 on the budget. I am also on the budget during this times. You offered $10 less then I originally listed the cardigan for. And like I said, I only got $20. And last comment 6) It's open cardigan with belt. How did you expect it to hang on your body? it's hanging according to your body shape.

heathersolimine @luna9312 ofcourse I understood I was purchasing a used garment. Thats obvious. What I didn't realize is that the return window is 3 days and ONLY if the product was not represented accurately. I did not know that you can't return a product if it doesn't fit or work for whatever reason. Now I know and now I AVOID Poshmark. Its a terribly predatory, poor customer service policy. I cannot afford to buy clothing I can't wear.
