luxelifeforless Hi Heather! I took your package(dress) to the PO early afternoon last Monday but it never started tracking. I'm going to go by there this Monday and see if they can locate it. It is not normal to take this long to just scan it, unless it was stolen or lost at their facility. I have never had an issue with this PO before but who knows. I will update you Monday and you can decide how you wish to proceed. I'm very sorry for the delay.
