Hi, I’m sorry you did not understand m listing.my closet has a sale going on where you bundle 2 listings and get both for $15. As long as they both had the 💟 or🖤 in the listing. You didn’t bundle anything you just bought it. Also if I was going to give you 2 eyeshadows in that one listing why would there only be photos of one? Wouldn’t you want to see the other? Plenty of other people understood the sale.I’m having a hard time believing that you can not comrehend something so simple

I was not given any time to give my side but I contacted customer support and if the item is not returned in the same condition you won’t get a refund.
I think you lied, just like you lied about it being used. I don’t think you’re truly this dumb

@lunacylooks I feel as though that you are responding incredibly rude. I am new to poshmark and from the description I understood it as 2 items. I'm not returning I just simply assumed you forgot to include the other. Also it did appear to have at least been swatched which is fine but I would have appreciated that to be including in the description. I have purchased singles from urban decay in the past so I am aware of the typical condition that they come in.

@lunacylooks in regards to "not being given time to explain your case" I do not know how that would have anything to do with me. I have been trying to figure out how to cancel the return case because I would rather have 1 of the verve shades than not have any. I do feel as though that was overpriced for a single shade considering I purchased an entire naked2 pallete for the same price.

@lunacylooks what I really do not appreciate is the response you have given over this. It is very rude. I would suggest in the future for those like myself who are new to posh mark to explain your "sale" better. In regards to multiple items being pictured in the description. If it is 2 of the same product to my knowledge those pictures could have been of the 2. I am not asking for any sort of drama it's just incredibly awful of you to accuse someone of being "dumb" because of your description.

@lunacylooks the description says this "🖤2 for $15 urban decay eyeshadow" as a consumer when I see something that says 2 for $15 I would only assume that it is 2 items I am receiving. No where on the listing was your "sale" explained. Regardless I am keeping the item and the case will be canceled and you will recieve your money. I just regret purchasing a single shadow for $22 with shipping.
