katlmj Hey! So sorry the new with tag shorts didn’t work. The measure I posted was 14 across which is 28 waist. The hips naturally flared out bigger, so not sure why they didn’t fit you. Sad to get a 2 star from you, never had that happen with any of my sales. I really jumped to get them same day to you as you asked to immediately have them. Fit is sometimes tough with free people. Maybe size bigger next time. I know I do in that brand!
