heathertillm384 @lillyannel Hi — I have a problem with my first order not being remotely as described. I sent a message explaining the issues to the seller the day I received it and have had no response. This morning I sent a message to customer service. Since then I’ve gotten a message about accepting the order, which I don’t want to do. Is there something I should do to get this resolved?

lillyannel @heathertillm384 In the 'my purchases' section there is a 'problem/inquiry' you can click on. Make a report through that. Sometimes it takes awhile for Poshmark to get back to you, but you are right to not 'accept'. If you 'accept', that means you are satisfied with your purchase. I hope that helps.
