hello, i was the seller you accidentally purchased the bag from. i do not mind the cancelation, but you have to cancel it because it looks bad on me as s seller to poshmark of i cancel. there has been a lot of drama going on that sellers are getting penalized for canceling items. please cancel item if you wish. you have up to the hours after the shore is over to cancel under your purchases. thank you.

@hwwmay no worries, it happens. i just do not want to get kicked off my live show access which is what i heard was hashish to sellers that cancel. i hope you understand.

@pushnposh31 so unfortunately it’s not allowing me to cancel because it was purchased within an auction. I certainly don’t want to risk hurting your business so I’m at a bit of a loss for what to do. I’m trying to figure something out. But just wanted to give a heads up that the cancellation was not approved. Sorry again, I’m just sick about it.

@hwwmay you should have the option button problem/ order inquiry under your purchase. then you are able to to click the accidental bid.

@pushnposh31 yeah that’s what I did. I said “accidental purchase” then selected “cancel order” and it goes through the motions like it’s cancelling and then gives me this message “Sorry! Purchases made with auctions cannot be cancelled due to accidental purchase”. I did some research and seems like that’s only an option for “buy now”.

@hwwmay ok, then you have to escalate it to posh and see what they can do. then at least there is a paper trail amd it will not fall on me canceling on you

@pushnposh31 HI! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Poshmark said they will not cancel, that it would have to come from you. I'm asking them to confirm that since the cancellation is at my request that there will not be any negative affect or penalty to you. I want to ensure that I have that from them. Hopefully they'll respond soon. Again, i'm very sorry for all of this.
