heatherlauren7 Sara, responded to the message about your son & took the time to give you an update & shared that no one showed up to pick it up on the date you said they would be picking it up. I had major surgery & am still recovering, my dad was recently diagnosed w/Alzheimer’s & I’m in the middle of a divorce. Between all of that I have not been able to get on posh every single day. I have however made certain to get on periodically specifically in regards to you, Bc I know this ring is important to you.

heatherlauren7 Sara, now I don’t appreciate your writing negative things on my page & falsely accusing me of something in which I am certainly not guilty of doing or being. What is a shame is the fact that you felt the need to jump to conclusions & slander my character simply because I have not gotten on Poshmark every single day. Ma’am, people have lives & it is not my fault that you accidentally shipped me the wrong item. I have however been willing to do everything I can to help you with this matter.

heatherlauren7 Sarah,I am limited. I am not able to drive due to my surgery. I told you that when I first contacted you to let you know the item I received was what I had purchased. I’m an honest person. I have it safely set aside for you & have told you that on other occasions. It saddens me you felt comfortable jumping to conclusions, making false accusations & slandering my character.You have told me on two different occasions the ring would be picked up & I made arrangements with my neighbor to help me

I’ve already told you that I have your ring safely set aside for you for whenever you want to arrange a pick up. I don’t quite understand where the confusion is coming in, thus the false accusations.

heatherlauren7 @sarahinla Ma’am this is really getting very out of hand… this drama & erroneous accusations. You told me someone was coming to pick up & nobody showed either of those times. There has been no error on my end. You just told me to put it in the mailbox, yet when I offered to do that a few weeks ago…You told me not to do that bc they wouldn’t be able to scan it in that way. You later provided date both times & my neighbor & I waited around & nobody showed either time.
