In my closet,I posted it as Not For Sale just to show you . I will send it out at no charge if you want it anyway . So sorry about the whole thing. My dog aspirated during the seizure and is still in critical care hospital and I am beside myself. I never took the wallet out of the box and didn’t know there was cracking until I inspected it for your sale. I humbly beg your pardon. I should have contacted you sooner. I am not going to ask for my money back keep it It may help your pet and I'm good I will however comeback to your store as I have seen so many things I need and want. And if I may ask what type of meds do you use for your pets seizures I have used Dilantin for a good while to keep my epilepsy in check and they have a program where I get my meds for free again we at house Merly wish you and yours all the best

I am not going to try and get a refund the wallet is in good shape and the small flaw is fixable. Thank you for such great service and communications. I understand the bond because as long as I can remember we have always had dogs in the house and I can't see life without one or two dogs , as I have said " a life is half lived without a dog"
