girlhah Tracking number should have been handed to yu when yu mailed and push mark emailed me that I would be notified soon as mailed track # and it's been 7 days Cant believe it was mailed but yu didnt get track #?

hopefulspark @girlhah I spoke to someone at post office. Gave them the tracking number and they don’t see any activity either. I gave them address of where I dropped off, they will look into it and let me know. I’m really sorry, this has never happened before.

hopefulspark @girlhah Hi I also don’t understand why this happened. I have sold many items and shipped the same way. With no problems. As I told you yesterday I have called United Postal Service and they are looking into the matter and will update me as soon as possible. Hopefully they will have some updates today. Thanks

girlhah Well my payments already been taken and yu never even reach out to me when yu supposedly mailed it nothing....I had to contact yu. Posh advertised that customer will be notified the minute seller ships and provide tracking #...none of which yu did!

hopefulspark @girlhah You must not understand how poshmark works. Seller prints label and sends package which I did, post office scans it and tracking starts. PoshMark notifies seller and buyer that it has started tracking. I did my part and shipped package. This is why I called the Postal Service. I have nothing but five star ratings from all of my buyers. I do not appreciate your accusations. It is a beautiful bag but if you would like to cancel your order it’s fine.

girlhah yu are correct I do not understand and this hasn't been a great experience. What is your plan? Because I do not understand what happened. I bought and paid for it. So I've not done anything either My first purchase with Poshmark.

hopefulspark @girlhah as I stated, I opened inquiry with poshmark as well as post office. Seller does not get paid until buyer approves and confirms purchase. If you were charged and want your money back, you can deal with poshmark. If you want to wait until post office can investigate and gets back to me with details that’s up to you. Nothing more I can do now.

girlhah hello. Tracking number says: Label created on july 1st and waiting for item to come to usps? Today is July 12. This just doesnt sound right to me 12 days and USPS waing on item? Yu know poshmark better than me, but does this sound right? I just thought it had been shipped? Please let me know and thank yu

hopefulspark @girlhah yes this is what I see when I enter tracking number as well. As I mentioned, I filed a claim with poshmark. They said they started the tracking and to let them know if there is no progress by the 16th. I am trying to send you clip of what they sent me.
