This was the only way I could contact you lol, Posh literally had a pop-up message when I tried to comment in the case discussion that said “sorry you’ve exceeded your comments blah blah” ...I have never had this happen & it’s stressed me out to no end. Thank-you for attempting to contact them as well. Let me know you saw this:)

bdevo1010 @freepeoplemama Lol, well I researched online today & apparently this is a problem a lot of Poshers have. Posh makes themselves unreachable. This literally should be done, over, resolved, for both of us.

freepeoplemama @bdevo1010 the only thing I thought of and I'm not sure if it would work if we continue to get no response is to dispute the transaction on my end (paid with P a y P a l) to see if that would get their attention for this transaction.

bdevo1010 @freepeoplemama That’s a good thought but I’m not sure how that would work & may complicate things further. The thing is they don’t allow us to decide if it can be returned or not, they decide, again unacceptable situation they have us in. I have never experienced this sort of situation w/Posh, either so I’m only growing more aggravated by the day.

bdevo1010 Not sure it will even get there attention but I’d rather you be happy then for them to get 20% of the profit after what they’ve put us through. I’m becoming more anxious as my window to return is closing as Posh continues to ignore us.

bdevo1010 I can only e-mail them as I’m still blocked from the case discussion so can’t comment further which is ridiculous. Can you leave a comment on case discussion saying we are in agreement on returning this & want a return label immediately?

bdevo1010 @freepeoplemama Small update... after researching Posh communication issues yesterday, I had messaged them on Instagram w/all the info & I just got a reply! Lol...They asked for my e-mail so they could check on the status. Maybe we will see resolve soon👍🏼

bdevo1010 @freepeoplemama I’ve heard nothing so I messaged Posh on Instagram again & informed them that neither of us had received a response today. This is not the norm at all, any case situation I’ve ever had w/Posh was resolved within 24 hrs or less. It takes all but 10 minutes to read the comments, make a decision & email the buyer/seller. Have a good night & we’ll start over tomorrow.

bdevo1010 @freepeoplemama Good idea! Make sure to include a screenshot of the order #, I took one of the case discussion page, also add your e-mail in the message, this way they will have all the info & won’t need to play tag w/you like they did me:) Thanks!😵

bdevo1010 Hi! Got it & it’s already on its way back to Free People🙌🏼 I can’t thank-you enough for the Starbucks card!!! That along w/the note was seriously the sweetest gesture & I appreciate it so much! I apologize for coming off so “harsh” when this began. I’m really the opposite! I’ve had minor issues w/Posh in the past, not this dragged out, all the same try to avoid at all costs. freepeoplemama @bdevo1010 you are welcome! ♥️ I was wanting it to do just that and make you feel good. It was a situation we both got through and it's past us. I haven't gotten a refund yet but it should come once the status of the return says delivered? It shows its still in status but when I click to check tracking I see it was delivered and as you stated you received it. I'll confirm when I receive the refund and until then take good care!
