kvigano @heidibeth11 Hi I would really like to help rectify whatever issue is going on with the dress. Please let me know what I can do. you mentioned there was something wrong w/my description & cleanliness. the dress was dry cleaned shortly before being mailed out. I'm concerned & would like to fix the issue. I've mostly only received 5 star ratings. feedback from buyers is crucial for my reputation and a seller on Posh. Please let me help.

heidibeth11 @kvigano the dress had a discoloration looked like a stain on the upper left side, some beading was coming off. My girlfriend tried it on as a bridesmaid dress and though you did give me a good deal on the dress we just felt the dress looked very cheap. The pictures of you in the dress were beautiful but in person just wasn't what I imagined. I'm sorry.

kvigano @heidibeth11 ok, I am sorry to hear this. I didn't see any discolorations, and the dry cleaner didn't mention it, nor beading coming off. That is strange. Sorry about that. I'm happy to offer a return, but u have to contact posh. I would really appreciate a higher rating on the item please, and am happy to rectify it. U can submit photos of the issues with the dress. Pls let me know Thnx.
