Hello Heidi, I received the boots yesterday. Oh my!! I can’t believe that happened. Now, I’m paranoid. I’m pretty sure it is due to our over 100 degree weather. I will be taking them to get repaired. I would hate for them to end up in a landfill. If after I get them fix, I will let you know if your still interested & I can offer them at a lower price. Thank you for understanding. 😊
PS: I’m not sure why it’s still marked as pending. Hopefully you already received your refund.
