beyondexchange @heidiveres what was wrong with the Born boots. They are the exact boots as in the picture.

heidiveres @beyondexchange the coloring towards the top of the boots was darker than the foot portion..they looked dirty and had some scratches on the leather near the top not shown in the picture...sorry. You were excellent in the shipping and processing, I didn't want to try to clean them and mark them worse.
