sbgaf Hi , I can’t believe your bag hasn’t arrived yet ! My husband mailed it Monday , and I think it left my post office that evening . I know I can’t control the mail , and it’s slower than usual now , but still , I’m so sorry ... I feel terrible that it hasn’t arrived yet . Hopefully , it will get to you Monday . sbgaf @heidia5266 Hi , I called the post office , and I put in a service request , for them to track the bag . I was on hold for 1 1/2+ hrs. before I got to speak with someone ! It hasn’t moved since 4/25 . They will find out what’s going on , and get back to me in a few business days ( they don’t work on the weekend ) . I know things are slow now with COVID-19 . I just want to make sure you get your bag !

sbgaf @heidia5266 I just checked ( after I made another call yesterday ) in the bag . Now it says it’s on it’s way as of about 1:18 a.m. . I will continue to check , and call USPS to make sure you get your bag . I know I have no control over this , but I still , I apologize , and feel terrible that this happened to you ! Thanks so much for your patience , and understanding !!

sbgaf @heidia5266 This person calls me on Friday and had no idea about anything ...she asked me if I was receiving the package , or if I was the sender . She “ wasn’t up to speed “ as she put it , so she had to read about what was going on . I told her she was supposed to call me Monday, and to get “ up to speed “ and then call me back . They apparently closed the case last Friday , right after I opened it . All I care is that you get your bag !
