sassyglamslayd Hi I wanted to ask you before I shipped the bra I took it out to start packaging it and I noticed on the side right above the hook part there is a small rip in the lace Maybe about a half an inch long will not affect the use of the bra as it is small but I wanted to let you knw before I shipped it please get back to me ASAP as I was going to ship it today so I'm packaging my packages now:) thx so much

sassyglamslayd @hikinheidi because the only thing is I do not think I can bundle the teal lace bralette with the other bra because that bra already sold only thing I can think of is I cancel the first bra you purchased and then put the two together

sassyglamslayd @hikinheidi hey I will be going to the post office within a few hours so please get back to me if I accept your offer on the teal bralette then you will have to pay 2 shipping fees and I don't want you to have to pay 2 shipping fees so what I could do is cancel your order for the tan bra and then bundle the tan bra in the teal bralette together that way you only have to pay one shipping fee but if you want it shipped today please get back to me within the next hour or so thanks

sassyglamslayd @hikinheidi oh my God I am so sorry I shipped your package and the kids pajama package on the same day and I must have got the labels mixed up and put them on the wrong package I have had a lot going on lately so I am human and we do make mistakes I am truly sorry the lady that was supposed to get the PJs just sent me a message saying she received your package

sassyglamslayd @hikinheidi I guess you can contact customer service and let them know what happened to where they will I believe email you a shipping label to return it back so you will not have to pay anything of course to ship it back to me and then I will ship you the correct package but I'm guessing you will have to repurchase it because they're going to cancel the order in order to send you a return shipping label

sassyglamslayd @hikinheidi I just went into the help center to read the rules and what to do if a situation like this is to happen and it says to Simply contact customer service they will then ask you to send a picture of the item you will just let them know I mixed the labels up and you received the wrong item they will send you a shipping label to send it back to me and they will give you a full refund and then you can repurchase the bras after you get your refund and I will ship you the correct package

sassyglamslayd @hikinheidi yes they notified me saying you open the case and I can write them so it will go faster and will say I did accidentally switch the abels because it gives me the option to I am so upset that I did this I made your box so nice with gifts and everything they will send you the return label by Monday latest and then will refund you and like I said you have to repurchase but I will send the correct package this time and will even add another gift for the inconvenience

hikinheidi @suki100 hi I was on vacation and the pjs were just shipped yesterday. Customer support said they need to receive return by tomorrow for me to get a refund but unlikely it will arrive tomorrow. I have contacted them. I'd like to get my refund before I re-purchase the bras
