hnskelton @thriftarbitrage I got the boots and I love them, but the listing said they were a size 10. The boots I got are a size 6.5 and are too small. Was there a mix up?

thriftarbitrage @hnskelton I'm so sorry! I am not sure what happened on my end 😟. I have contacted Posh support. I got to thinking if I bought them back as a listing Posh would take a fee out. Since the payment hasn't been released yet they will hopefully just send you a prepayed mailing label to send them back. You are more than welcome to email them as well and let them know I sized them incorrectly. I sincerely apologize for the mixup on my end 😞

alchemythreads Hi Heidi, I just wanted to reach out and let you know I have opened a lost claim with Poshmark on the boots you purchased. They should have been delivered to you on the 12th and have not updated in tracking for over a week. Unfortunately it looks like USPS may have lost them And I want to make sure you get your money back, Please let me know if they do show up!
