Hey Heidi very sorry to hear that your lipstick had been open...just so you know it was not opened by me I buy all my makeup straight from Ulta I must have purchased one that was tampered with I am sending you another KKW nude #2 as well as a Otho game KKW nude lipstick for any trouble and inconvenience this has caused I checked before packaging them and they 100% in perfect new condition

Just so you know I did open them to check the condition before i packaged them I did not open and check the condition of the last order so if this looks like it’s been open it has by me but it’s 100% brand new and unused

Sorry last thing I just checked because I was 99% sure but I wanted to triple check KKW individual lipsticks do not come sealed or taped.... they just come in the box. I just checked withUlta website And it confirmed that individual KKW lipstick are boxed up not taped or sealed I’ve purchased hundreds of KKW lipsticks and sold hundreds of KKW lipsticks and I can’t speak for online purchases but if you were to purchase a KKW individual lipstick from Ulta it would not be sealed just boxed up

Thank you for responding. It’s really odd. It was opened and it concerned me do I tossed it. When I’ve purchased directly from KKW the lipstick was sealed however, that was over a year ago. Maybe packaging is different now or with retailers. I appreciate you rectifying the situation and will change my review. I work in medical and right now you just can’t be too safe. Thank you again.

In the past, I’ve purchased KKW lipstick directly from the site and it was sealed shut. However, that was over a year ago. Maybe packaging has changed or when you get it from different retailers it’s different. I appreciate you rectifying the situation. I work in medical and right now you have to be super safe.
