heidid1974 @sheilajacquet I've never had it happen before to any of my other gold plated stuff. I do know that silver tarnishes easily, and clean mine all the time, but I wouldn't dare to try on gold plated without a professionals direction. If there is a way that I could clean it myself to make it look good again, let me know. I would way rather do that than send it back. I really do love it.

sheilajacquet @heidid1974 also for your information over years the gold could wear off and it will be more silver than gold, companies coat with lots more gold recently. wedding bands some people repeat, but I just left my ring silver. hope that helps in the future when you come across this again
