tuttomare1 Hello, I just received a message from Poshmark saying they have a process in place to help us, I just checked the sale, it is marked as delivered, I explained to them that you had already changed your profile to your new address so we don’t understand why it was sent where it was, I’m waiting to hear back again, I let them know it says it was delivered, so we will see what they do now, sorry this mess happened

heidilynn1163 @tuttomare1 Thank you for your help. I don't know how it defaulted back to the old address. I just moved across country in early November & my mail is still being forwarded. I've sold an item or two since I've been here with no problems. It's a mystery. One way or the other we'll work it out. I contacted USPS & I have to file an informed delivery dispute on this side of things. So, I'll do that Monday. Thanks again. Have a great weekend!🌻
