vintagebuzz I noticed you gave me a 3 star rating on the brown polka dot dress. I am very sorry your dress did not arrive for your event in time. I do always ship my packages within 24 hours and usually the same business day. I have never shipped any of my packages later than this personal deadline. Unfortunately, I don’t have any control over the item once it is in the hands of USPS. If you decide to give me another chance, comment on any item for a 10% discount on your next order.
