@hnhmol I’m so sorry that the rabbit got damaged in shipping. I was worried about the ears and that why I used the bubble wrap around them, along with packing peanuts and packing paper. I will need to reconsider selling home items that could break. Please let me know what I can do on my end so you can receive a refund. Again I’m so sorry. 😔
