carole2586 Hello! I am SO sorry that you received the incorrect package I inadvertently mixed the two labels and someone has your Rockport shoes while you have their pajamas. I have commented to Poshmark and am awaiting reply on how to handle. I am so sorry. I have never done this before! I am trying to remedy and am reaching out to other buyer.

I have reached out to Poshmark and suggested that you and the other buyer who received your shoes could receive new labels at my expense to send out your packages and receive the correct items. I will let you know their response as soon as I receive it. They may offer another suggestion as I’m guessing this has happened at some point previously! Again, I really appreciate your understanding.
