true_u Hi there! Just got your review and am shocked honestly. I’m sorry that your item came in poor shape! All of my items are brand new as I am a reseller. The shoes should not be defective. I am wondering if the package was damaged in transit? Regardless, feel free to open a case and I’ll approve the return without the shoe box. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks!

heidiandco1 I truly do not want to cause you any problems or any negative review. I was not implying that you purposely perpetrated a defective item sale. I was just reporting what I experienced. I would’ve contacted you before posting review but I’m new to the site and did not see where I could contact you directly. I don’t want to open any kind of case that would cause you bad rating .
