jenifer_koebel Hi Heidi-- This is Jenifer. I have 2 accounts on Postmark. I am wondering why you are not sending the Gucci dress that I purchased from you over a week ago. This is very concerning. I need the dress for a special occasion. I have reached out several times and you are not responding. Could you please send me a tracking number for the dress. I have never had this happen to me on Postmark and I am confused why you are not communication or sending the dress?
