angiedavis123 @heidieagle OK! All you need to do is go into the purchases page and scroll to bottom of page. At very bottom there will be a Problems/Other Inquiry link, click that. Then go into Contact PM Support. Choose Item Delivered but Not Received. That is all you need to do.
