You can make an offer but I don’t discount more than 20% esp on low amounts. It’s not worth the labour and gas required to get me to the post office. I’m sure you know what I mean. If you’d like to find a more expensive item and then choose 2 freebies marked ⭐️2 for 1⭐️ you can have a better deal. I’m a 5⭐️ rated seller and posh ambassador.
