Hi! I'm Helane of elsiestarshine. Some of my favorite brands these days are Chico's, Nike, Talbots, and J. Crew. But if I had more Bank, and more places to event…. my favs are Stuart Weitzmann, Hermes, Karl Lagerfeld, Cole Hahn, Adrienne V, and so on…. Oh Kate Spade! And Betsey Johnson…. I am a maximalism girl, and have been wearing mostly vintage and maximal for decades! Plate walls and gallery walls are my dream. Florals and art prints galore… I crocheted granny square boleros years before Gucci …. And I really would love it if Palazzo pants resurge. Especially those accordion fabric ones that flow with the walk…. I once had a job where I only wore evening gowns and think we need more events for the casual evening gown wear don’t you? Like Cosplay but real life!!!! More happiness. I love Hair Jewelry! And I love that wearing vintage can help save the planet from wasted resources… I love recycled denim.
