Hi Helen. I bought the ugg boots from you. I’m so sorry my post office is messed up. They never attempted to deliver on the 16th. I have to open a case file now. I will let you know a.s.a.p what I find out. Thank you for shipping so fast. Now if the USPS could just catch up!

Hi Helen, I wish we could communicate without having it public. The UGGS I bought are fake. They don’t have the QR code to check authenticity and the soles are very hard. I still love the boots but am hesitant to pay $175 for fake UGGS. What do you think?

@suzy_koller that is not possible. I bought them at the Saks outlet for three times the price. If you are not satisfied I am happy to take them back. I do not want you unhappy with your purchase.

@helenesq I’m not unhappy. I guess you might have got ripped off. I’m only Leary because I bought a pair off $ercari and half the stars fell off. I was so excited to see another pair. I was just really hoping they were authentic. I will try them on again and check them out again and accept in the morning. Thank you for being so patient.
