classicstyle428 Hi, sorry you’re not happy with the sweater. Alpaca is a fuzzy wool so what you’re seeing is normal fluff with an alpaca sweater or coat. In the future, please open a case if you feel it is “not as described”, I’d rather take it back than have an unhappy customer. I still have the tags and forgot to enclose them with the shipment. I save tags from expensive items. Let me know if you want the tags.
